This dream has come true with 4 accommodation facilities managed by the Fabbrini family, each one is characterized by the same care for guest’s demands and the same attention to interior design, amenities and good taste in all its declinations.
Val d’Orcia, Campo Marzio, Piccola Londra and Bocca di leone are the names and locations of the four guesthouses, characterized by their own peculiar and unique personality.
Paola and Giorgio Fabbrini have realized this desire by restoring a farmhouse dating back to the XVII century, which has now become a charming farmhouse immersed in the green of Val d’Orcia with comfortable and elegant rooms.
Casa Fabbrini Val d’Orcia is surrounded by a magnificent olive grove, a vegetable garden and a rich orchard; furthermore, you can taste the delicious products of the orchard for breakfast or at dinner. The Fabbrini, in fact, are also chefs by vocation and know how to combine creativity and respect of the traditional recipes.

Casa Fabbrini Campo Marzio is a “homecoming” in the city where the family has always lived: Rome.
This carefully restored XVI century townhouse is home to Fabbrini boutique b&b, the successful blend of a typical bed and breakfast reception and the services of a boutique hotel.
Thanks to the central location of the b & b, a few steps from the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso and Trevi Fountain, guests can reach the main attractions of the Eternal City by walk and enjoy moments of pure relaxation in an elegant townhouse with all the comforts.

Casa Fabbrini Piccola Londra is a liberty-style villa situated in a central area and, at the same time, little known even to the Roma people.
The pedestrian street where the guest house is located is called Piccola Londra (Little London) because of the architectural style of the villas in this area, close to Piazza del Popolo, the Auditorium Parco della Musica and MAXXI Museum.
The style of the villa is reflected in the interiors, in the bedrooms and in the garden of the dwelling, that is a tribute to the British style in the heart of Rome.
The Fabbrini’s motto “make yourselves at home at our home” (fate come foste a casa nostra) sums up the uniqueness of these three accommodations: places where you feel comfortable, at home, with the privilege of activities and services reserved for the most demanding tourists.

Casa Fabbrini Bocca di Leone Fancy Suites is a guesthouse located in a former palace in Via Bocca di Leone 43, a picturesque street in the historic centre of Rome, halfway between Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps.
The suites and the large living room for the guests best display the individual style of Casa Fabbrini.
The 4 suites of Bocca di Leone are soundproofed, have parquet floors, a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, you can also add a third bed if you are staying with your child.
The view from the rooms offers an unusual vista of the centre of the Eternal City, a landscape teeming with life and full of changing shades.
The guests of Casa Fabbrini Bocca di Leone, furthermore, can taste a delicious breakfast at la Buvette bistro, one of the most elegant venues in Rome.
